Hurray! Many, many thanks to Etsy for featuring my fingerprint bracelet in the April 18 newsletter feature; I am so appreciative!
This is a new design that was crafted thanks to the ideas of a wonderfully creative customer - and it's beautiful!
This bracelet matches a necklace of similar design, but this is smaller in scale. Two fine silver fingerprints surround a sterling silver hand-stamped disc. Birthstones have been added to the fingerprints in this original piece (please see the cubic zirconia birthstone listing here - each stone is +$10: http://www.etsy.com/listing/65120509/add-a-cubic-zirconia-birthstone-inset). The back of each fingerprint is stamped with the child's corresponding birthday, and the sterling disc (3/4" - great size for a bracelet!) includes each child's name with a heart between.
The fun part of this bracelet is that the fingerprints and disc slide along it - so pretty!
The fingerprints and disc have been hung from a double strand of sterling silver rolo chain for added durability. This piece has been finished with a sterling heart-shaped toggle clasp, but an oval is available as well.
While this sample includes two fingerprints, this design could also be done with just one fingerprint. Please send me a message if you'd be interested in this instead!
